Picnics and Pairings is under the leadership of Alma Delia. Alma has worked among others, under the tutelage of Chef Perry Hoffman, Executive Chef at Chandon, she also secured both knowledge and experience in European deli-style cuisine at Viansa Italian Market and has spent endless hours under the mentorship of Mrs. Amelia Ceja of Ceja Vineyards expanding and refining her ability to create experience-enhancing pairings that take into account every single nuance of the wine.
